Yep. Lots of English language papers offer delievery service. You can also get the International Herald Tribune. They are 150 yen or about US$4,000 for a month. You can get English cable like Sky Perfect or if you have a dish, BS1 sometimes shows English movies. You can usually catch an English language program once a day.
