Again, air quality can have an effect on asthma and sinus issues. Wash the produce and don't drink the tap water. They aren't super conscious of food allergies, so you just have to be cautious. TIS has specific tables where peanut products can be consumed and the rest of the campus is peanut free. You CAN find gluten-free products, if you look for them.
