Do you feel that it is safe to walk, run or hike outside? Are there areas where bike riding is possible? What is the availability and safety of outdoor space for exercising? Are these easily accessible?
Walking is safe and possible in a limited number of areas like Coleah. Elsewhere the issue is chaos/lack of sidewalks rather than safety. Bike riding would be difficult. I run in Jardin 2 octobre, and then on some pavements and roads though the latter is not ideal. Hiking can be done on the islands and in the villages outside Conakry, both have great nature and safe but take time/cost to reach - Aug 2026
