What do you wish you had known about this particular city/country before moving there?
It's less kosher than I thought. There are a number of non-kosher restaurants, and there are grocery stores and restaurants open on Shabbat. It's also hotter and more humid than I realized. - Aug 2023
I’ve never gotten used to Shabbat. Friday-Saturday will not be like the states where you get stuff done, or go out to eat. If you do find places open it’s a madhouse. Sunday will be the best day for everything! - Mar 2022
