How would you describe the availability and cost of groceries and household supplies relative to your home country?
Most everything is available, though you may need to try several different locations. Because it is almost a desert island, however, almost all items need to be imported resulting in high prices. Most people do their grocery shopping at either the Carrefour or at Centrum Supermarket which is supposedly cheaper but I didn't notice any significant difference in my grocery bill. - May 2026
