Are there any particular mental health issues that tend to crop up at post, such as Seasonal Affective Disorder (winter blues)?
Not really, but life in America can be hard and isolated. People are very nice on the surface, but it is harder to make real friends. I am really sociable but I still have difficulties to find my place and my people. - Mar 2026
