What have been the highlights of your time in this country? Best trips or experiences?
Meeting the local staff members has been the highlight, followed by some close friendships made thanks to compound living. A boat trip on the Nile was definitely one of the best experiences of my time in Juba. - Mar 2023
It's a busy place in terms of work but there isn't a lot to engage in locally other than socializing with other expats. The US Embassy community is great. Having a drink at AFEX overlooking the White Nile is a relaxing way to enjoy Juba. - Sep 2020
