Are there any unusual problems with insects or other infestations in housing?
No. Aside from the massive huntsman spiders that are very scary looking and huge but otherwise quite benign and good mosquito eaters. - Jul 2018
Be on the lookout for spiders wherever you are (even in the office we have found big Huntsman spiders!) Possums are an issue if you live in the suburbs or anywhere there is foliage. They are pests but you can't abate them because they are a protected species. - Jul 2017
