What is the relative size of the expatriate community? How would you describe overall morale among expatriates?
Most of my friends absolutely loved it because they went exploring all the time and visited the beach a lot. If you don't explore you might get island fever but if you start venturing out you will love it!!! There are many American bases so there are a lot of expats. I am not sure how many are from other countries. There is a big university called OIST and I think a lot of the people are expects. - Jul 2021
