Crime is a big concern. Considerable security measures will have been taken to ensure your safety in your home. Use your alarm! Most crime is targeted towards locals however expats have had concerns. Listen to the RSO. - Oct 2018
Petty theft/crime. If it's not nailed-down, it will be stolen. Most expat housing is well-secured with high fences and alarm systems. The good news is that violent crime is relatively low - criminals only want what you have - they want nothing to do with you. - Apr 2016
