What are some typical ways to socialize, either with local people or with other expatriates? Are there groups or clubs that you can recommend?
Many wonderful local restaurants, cool winter activities, various festivals year round, food truck season in summer, theatre, movies, museums, sporting events (CFL--Winnipeg Blue Bombers, NHL--Winnipeg Jets). There is always something happening here. - Apr 2016
