Is it easy to make friends with locals here? Are there any prejudices or any ethnic groups who might feel uncomfortable here?

Serbians are friendly and you can make friends with locals. Belgrade is not terribly diverse but as I am not a person of color, I haven't personally had any uncomfortable encounters. - Oct 2024
