What is the relative size of the expatriate community? How would you describe overall morale among expatriates?
There is a small, but healthy, mix of Americans, English, Polish, Estonians, South Africans, some Orientals and Australians. Not too many black African descent in the area. I have not noticed any intolerance towards other nationalities in general. - Feb 2009
