Would someone with physical disabilities have difficulties living in this city?
Numerous difficulties. This is not wheelchair friendly at all. The footpaths are too narrow and dilapidated and the streets are all on hills. The buildings are ancient, so there are very few places that have adaptations for handicap accessibility. That said, the handicapped are treated very respectfully. Three of the hotels have amenities and there is much improvement. - Feb 2009
