Are qualified veterinarians and/or good kennel services available? Do animals need to be quarantined upon entry to the country? Are there other considerations regarding pets that are particular to this country?
No. But if you're affiliated with a certain big name Saudi owned oil company, you'll be fine. - Apr 2016

No idea. You will need your company's help to get animals (especially dogs) into Saudi. Do not bring any pet that has a difficult time living in extremely hot conditions--they WILL die. - Oct 2012
