What do people who suffer from environmental or food allergies need to know?

Lots of particulate matter /air pollution from burning garbage and all sorts of things in the winter. I'm not sure about seasonal plant allergies as we didn't have a problem. Can't speak to food allergies, but there aren't many alternative options at the grocery store in Maseru. I'm sure you could find alternatives in South Africa, though. - Aug 2015
