Are there any particular mental health issues that tend to crop up at post, such as Seasonal Affective Disorder (winter blues)?
Nothing particular that I've noticed. In the diplomatic community, some people can feel isolated and get a bit of cabin fever, socializing so often with people you work with and being separated from family. This can create some psychological distress in some people. - May 2025
