How do you send and receive your letters and package mail? Are local postal facilities adequate?

Via Diplomatic Post Office at the U.S. embassy (sorry other expat families). DPO mail arrives really quickly, 7-10 days typically. Most expats just load up suitcases when coming back and forth from their home countries. - Feb 2018
