Many came not expecting to stay but liked it and remained. For those with a little patience and sense of adventure, you can have a great time here. But if you are intimidated by the language or unwilling to take chances, it could be a bad experience. People with that mind set are better off not leaving their home countries. - Dec 21, 2009
Moral among expats in the consulate is very low. Poor management choices are to blame. Moral among expats outside of the consulate is generally high. - Dec 3, 2009
