How would you describe the availability and cost of groceries and household supplies relative to your home country?

Grocery variety is a bit limited, household supplies are easy to find. There are plenty of supermarkets spread through the town. - Jun 16, 2017
Excellent -- Europe standards. No complaints. - Sep 7, 2016
Groceries are widely available. Selection improves frequently. - Jan 28, 2013
Groceries are slightly cheaper overall, however the produce is seasonal. It can take a couple trips to different stores to find what you want. I think you can find almost everything here, just not all the time. - Oct 28, 2012
Availability is great and the cost is similar to the US. - Oct 6, 2012
For the most part you'll be able to find everything you need here. Use the DPO for those specialty must haves or specific brands. Cost is a bit higher than in the States. - Sep 8, 2010
Prices are generally about the same as the USA, except for a few items that are more expensive. However, food is generally cheaper. - Aug 9, 2009
