Would someone with physical disabilities have difficulties living in this city?

Possibly. Sidewalks are not the best quality and there aren't many elevators; but there aren't many high-rise buildings either. The worst part for someone with disabilities would probably be the limited access to good medical care. If your disability would be a serious consideration in an emergency situation, I would think hard about that before coming here. - Sep 26, 2017
Very difficult. - May 30, 2017
For the most part, yes, most facilities are not built for those with disabilities. - Sep 30, 2016
Yes - lots. - Nov 21, 2013
It would be quite difficult to get around here for someone with physical disabilities. There are no special accommodations for handicapped individuals anywhere. - Apr 25, 2013
Dili would be really hard to live in with a disability. No ramps, elevators etc. The sidewalks are generally non existent and where they are they are extremely broken up and rough. - Mar 12, 2010
This is not a place for people with disabilities. There is very little infrastructure and the city is not disabled friendly. - Feb 23, 2010
